About the Programme:

The uniqueness of the programme of studies is its innovative approach to corporate management, organizational processes, focusing on the learning of new management, management knowledge theories. The program aims to develop non-classical management professionals and leaders of organisations with a new approach, who are able to develop new and apply the existing modern management principles, implementing innovations that add value not only to the organization but also to the society as a whole.

Studies of organizational innovation and management provide the necessary knowledge and competencies, develop creativity and innovation, and provide self-confidence, enabling them students to become confident participants of the market.

This master’s program aims to train a company manager who takes the bold role of leader and perfector of the organisation. Knowing his and areas for improvement, such leader will be able to evaluate the culturally conditioned management practices and integrate professional knowledge, skills and values in the attainment of the objectives. Furthermore, such an executive will promote solutions of problems in personal relationships and interaction with the environment, initiate social change and innovation necessary for ensuring the wellbeing of individuals, organizations and society. Some of the subjects in the programme will be dedicated to the general understanding of oneself and his subordinates, but, equally, other part of the subjects will be dedicated to mastering specific functions of the manager.
