Overview
Upon the completion of the study programme, graduates will be able to:
• apply knowledge in the field of agricultural and rural development policy, concepts and measures of effective public governance;
• understand links between the strategies, frameworks and implementation plans of public policy;
• use comprehensive knowledge of methodology for assessment of agricultural and rural development frameworks and projects, selection the appropriate instruments and models for monitoring rural development policy implementation, preparation and implementation frameworks and projects on development of rural areas.

Career opportunities
Graduates may work as specialists in the country’s and the European Union consulting institutions of rural development administration, agricultural and rural development, municipality administrations and their institutions, in public and budgetary institutions that administers rural development policy, in non-government organizations that implement rural development programmes and projects.
