Overview

Study programme Environmental Management and Cleaner Production follows a multidisciplinary learning approach, which is increasingly needed in modern society. Students are given an opportunity to analyse environmental problems of enterprises and to develop proposals for their environmental performance improvement. A list of compulsory study modules, a wide selection of optional study modules and their effective co-ordination enable students to construct individual study plans with a view to acquire desirable competences in the areas of sustainable industrial development and environmental policy and economics. Graduates of the programme successfully work in industrial enterprises (environmental specialists, managers, etc.), governmental institutions (ministries, agencies, etc.) and consulting companies.
