This programme aims to give a complete overview on all the basic features of digital marketing, from the analysis of the context in which a firm operates to the best techniques to attract and convert customers.
Learners will be encouraged to draw upon their own commercial and personal experiences where possible to contextualise the theoretical content of the module thereby better. Analytical and evaluative skills will be developed through engagement activities both in class and the online learning materials.
