Social work practice focus on the understanding of the human development, behaviour, and social, economic, and cultural interactions. Social work professionals have a positive impact on society, they work with people in need. Thanks to social workers there is a development of awareness of Civil Rights. They push through unemployment insurance, disability pay, and workers’ compensation. Additionally, they reduce mental health stigma and child abuse and neglect prevention.
