& In case of HEI change at the request of a student, after the admission letter receiving from HEI, a transfer to another HEI is for an extra cost.

Overview

-To provide knowledge in the usage of linguistic units and their variants in different
language registers at different levels (phonetics, morphology, syntax) of modern
English and Russian languages in the context of the achievements in modern
linguistics;

- To develop practical skills in English and Russian languages on the basis of four types
of linguistic activities – speaking, writing, listening and reading – the use of which
should be demonstrated while producing written and spoken texts in different
linguistic situations;

- To develop the skills in text analysis and interpretation, which are necessary for the
abilities to edit and translate texts from English to Russian and from Russian to English.
