Entry qualification | High school / secondary education (or higher) Minimum 60% CGPA Admission score counting is based on: Mathematics * 0.4 + English *0,3 + motivation letter * 0,3. Minimum admission score to qualify: 5,4. Applicants must upload education documents in original language, as well as translations into English. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. It is necessary to have notarized certified documents translated, legalized and apostilled. |

Overview
Main competencies:
Competence to interpret application possibilities of modern information systems; Competence to design and implement computer systems in different activity areas; Competence to design applied software and manage its lifecycle; Competence to administrate computer systems and networks; Competence to evaluate the needs of the knowledge society and implement corresponding solutions.
Additional competencies for the specialization of „Applied Informatics“:
Competence to analyse complex computer systems; Competence to build informational and mathematical system models; Competence to design intellectual and computer-conrolled systems.
Additional competencies for the specialization of „Business Informatics“:
Competence to sellect appropriate methods and tools for business management; Competence to assess needs for information technologies in business processes; Competence to build and implement business information system and electronic service projects.
Additional competencies for the specialization of „Computer Graphics and Multimedia“:
Competence to select appropriate methods and tools for computer graphics and multimedia projects; Competence to acomplish computerized 2D/3D system design; Competence to specify and design multimedia and computer animations.

Programme structure
The Informatics Programme has three specializations, starting from the third year of study: Applied Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Graphics and Multimedia.
Career opportunities
Graduates of the Informatics Bachelor programme will be able to work as programmers, IT testers, IT designers and IT system administrators in all kinds of organizations, state institutions and business structures. Graduates will also be able to establish their own businesses, offering various IT-related tools and services, as well as continue in Master studies.
