Baltic Center Registration Fee Includes:
– Consultations for selection of HEI
– Migration & visa consultation
– Registration in the Baltic Center database
HEI admission documents’ check
– General testing for all Baltic Center HEIs – Admission Examination
– Student’s admission to HEI, maximum 3 registrations per one fee.
& In case of HEI change at the request of a student, after the admission letter receiving from HEI, a transfer to another HEI is for an extra cost.
– Documents’ arrangement for the payments to HEI
– Bonus – on the written application of a student, preparation and transfer of the invitation for the embassy.
& The period of preparation from week to two months

Overview

Upon the completion of the study programme, graduates will be able to:
• apply knowledge in the field of agricultural and rural development policy, concepts and measures of effective public governance;
• understand links between the strategies, frameworks and implementation plans of public policy;
• use comprehensive knowledge of methodology for assessment of agricultural and rural development frameworks and projects, selection the appropriate instruments and models for monitoring rural development policy implementation, preparation and implementation frameworks and projects on development of rural areas.

Theories of Public Administration, Development of Regional Competitiveness, Agricultural and Rural Development Policy Analysis, Management of Institutional Changes, Strategic Management of Rural Development, Business Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Welfare Economics, Management of Public Finance, Administration Information Systems, Management of Public Services, Place Marketing, Theories and Methods of Consulting, Administrative Law, Environmental Policy and Law.

Career opportunities

Graduates may work as specialists in the country’s and the European Union consulting institutions of rural development administration, agricultural and rural development, municipality administrations and their institutions, in public and budgetary institutions that administers rural development policy, in non-government organizations that implement rural development programmes and projects.
