Baltic Center Registration Fee Includes:
– Consultations for selection of HEI
– Migration & visa consultation
– Registration in the Baltic Center database
HEI admission documents’ check
– General testing for all Baltic Center HEIs – Admission Examination
– Student’s admission to HEI, maximum 3 registrations per one fee.
& In case of HEI change at the request of a student, after the admission letter receiving from HEI, a transfer to another HEI is for an extra cost.
– Documents’ arrangement for the payments to HEI
– Bonus – on the written application of a student, preparation and transfer of the invitation for the embassy.
& The period of preparation from week to two months

Overview

The purpose of Real Estate Management Study Programme is to prepare highly qualified real estate management specialists – Masters of Management, supporting them with a comprehensive, newest research based theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in real estate development, valuation, management, information and intelligent technologies.
The Programme has been created for the highly qualified motivated individuals having professional interest in the issues of the real estate management (including the international aspect), having completed the first stage of higher education and obtained at least bachelor’s degree or an appropriate degree of university education.

Career opportunities

After completion of the Programme graduates are able to work in international real estate valuation, commercial, rental, development companies, banks, municipalities, land use and inventory organizations, insurance companies, asset consulting companies, tax offices, bailiffs, other state institutions, facility management organizations, construction companies, investment companies and to proceed in PhD studies.
