Baltic Center Registration Fee Includes:
– Consultations for selection of HEI
– Migration & visa consultation
– Registration in the Baltic Center database
HEI admission documents’ check
– General testing for all Baltic Center HEIs – Admission Examination
– Student’s admission to HEI, maximum 3 registrations per one fee.
& In case of HEI change at the request of a student, after the admission letter receiving from HEI, a transfer to another HEI is for an extra cost.
– Documents’ arrangement for the payments to HEI
– Bonus – on the written application of a student, preparation and transfer of the invitation for the embassy.
& The period of preparation from week to two months

Overview

„Public policy“ is oriented towards conceptual and analytic approach to management processes in the national and international levels and towards development of skills related to research, modelling, prognostics and decision making in the area of public policy. The aim of this programme is to prepare highly qualified professionals in public management who are able to contemplate systemically and act actively in management of the state considering to global competition, strict financial restrictions and shifting structure of the society. Students also gain competence in public administration. Responding to political transformations, impact of socio-economic factors and development of technology, prospects of this study programme are based upon strive to educate not only objective political inquirere, but also responsible and active public policy analysts.
