– General testing for all Baltic Center HEIs – Admission Examination
– Student’s admission to HEI, maximum 3 registrations per one fee.
& In case of HEI change at the request of a student, after the admission letter receiving from HEI, a transfer to another HEI is for an extra cost.
– Documents’ arrangement for the payments to HEI
– Bonus – on the written application of a student, preparation and transfer of the invitation for the embassy.
& The period of preparation from week to two months


Master’s degree programme in Regional Governance provides understanding of the theory and practice of regional governance. It focuses on the issue of the public policy implementation related to the cohesion policy of regions in most sustainable, effective and democratic ways. The objective of the programme is to develop students’ competences in order to enable them to: 1) advance discussions on regional issues and solutions; 2) conduct research and initiate change; 3) assume a leadership role; 4) develop regional projects; and 5) consolidate interests and coordinate governance networks.
