Обзор
To train highly-qualified higher education college-level
food technology specialists who possess the knowledge,
practical abilities and skills that are required for the
development of new products with an ability to perform
qualitative and quantitative analysis. To ensure the
improvement of existing food production technology
and the introduction of new ones, and to provide
solutions to technological problems by ensuring the
quality of food products and safety at food processing
and public catering companies, industrial fishing ships,
or competitive sole proprietorship
Структура программы
Scope of the main study field – related subjects consists
of 156 credits. The main study field – related subjects
are as follows: General Chemistry, Information
Technologies, Computer Graphics, Physical Chemistry
and Analysis, Basics of Applied Mechanics,
Environmental and Human Safety, Microbiology and
Sanitation, Food Chemistry and Analysis , Nutrition,
Organic Chemistry and Basics of Biochemistry, Food
Business Economics, Management, Law, Food of
Vegetable Origin Technologies and Equipment, Food of
Animal Origin Technologies and Equipment, Sensory
Analysis, Food Quality Control and Assurance. 30
credits are provided for practical sessions, including 24
credits for professional practical training. Cognitive
practical training and business practical training are
performed at the college. Food Production Process
Investigation, Production and Final practical training are
performed at the real companies.

The graduates may continue their studies at university to
acquire Bachelor‘s degree. Having completed
supplementary studies or accomplished other
requirements established by a higher education
institution, the graduates are entitled to enroll in the
second study cycle Master’s studies
